FEEL GOOD Ingredients

Water, Shiitake Mushroom (20%) (Naturally Occurring Sulfites), Asia Sweet and Spicy Seasoning (Sugar, Salt, Szechuan Pepper, White Pepper, Hot Chili, Garlic, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Onion, Ginger and Black Pepper), Coconut Oil, Soy Protein Isolate (non GMO), Canola Oil (non GMO), Tapioca Flour, Rice Vinegar, Miso Paste, Dark Gluten Free Soy Sauce (non GMO) (Water, Color (150a), Soybeans, Salt, Corn Starch, Sugar), Gluten Free Soy Sauce (non GMO) (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch), Salt, Yeast Extract, White Pepper, Mushroom Powder, Black Pepper.

STORAGE

Store frozen below -4°F or refrigerated between 35–39°F. 2 years frozen. 7 days refrigerated. Consume within 3 days of opening.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

PAN or GRILL

  1. Pre-heat grill or pan on very high. Once hot, add oil.

  2. Cook Sweet & Spicy Riblet for 5-6 mins, being sure to turn the pieces occasionally to cook evenly.

OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C / 450°F.

  2. Cook Sweet & Spicy Riblet for 6 mins.

  3. Using thongs, flip the pieces once and cook for another 3 mins.

For all methods, serve immediately or place in bain-marie for up to 4 hours. Alternatively, store chilled/frozen and re-heat to order.
