FEEL GOOD Ingredients
Mushroom (72%) (naturally occurring Sulphites), Water, Coconut Oil, Soy Protein Isolate (non GMO), Canola Oil (non GMO), Tapioca Flour, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch) (non GMO), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Salt, White Pepper, Mushroom Powder, Black Pepper.
STORAGE
Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Once opened, store in tight sealed container and keep refrigerated below 5°C.
24 months. Consume within 3 days of opening.
FOR BEST RESULTS
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
OVEN
Heat oven to 200°C / 390°F.
Add Fable Riblet.
If adding sauce, cook for 9 mins OR If adding dry spice, cook for 6 mins.
PAN or GRILL
Pre-heat grill or pan on very high. Once hot, add oil.
Add Fable Riblet.
Cook for 5 mins, add oil as needed while cooking.
Add dry spice and toss through OR add sauce and cook further for 1 min.
MICROWAVE
Add Fable Riblet.
Microwave on full power for 2 mins.
Add dry spice and toss through OR add sauce and cook further for 1 min.
For all methods, serve immediately or place in bain-marie for up to 4 hours. Alternatively, store chilled/frozen and re-heat to order.
