Water, Shiitake Mushroom (25%) (Naturally Occurring Sulphites), Jalisco Seasoning (Tomato Powder, Guajillo Chiles, Onion Powder, Salt, Ancho Chiles, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Black Pepper Powder, Oregano, Cinnamon Powder, Thyme, Cumin, Bay Leaf), Coconut Oil, Soy Protein Isolate (non GMO), Tapioca Flour, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (non GMO) (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch), Salt, Yeast Extract, White Pepper, Mushroom Powder, Black Pepper.
STORAGE
Store frozen below -4°F or refrigerated between 35–39°F. 2 years frozen. 7 days refrigerated. Consume within 3 days of opening.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
PAN or GRILL
Pre-heat grill or pan on very high. Once hot, add oil.
Cook Jalisco Fable for 3-5 mins, add oil as needed while cooking.
OVEN
Preheat oven to 230°C / 450°F.
Cook Jalisco Fable for 6 mins.
Using a paddle, give the mixture a good mix then cook for a further 2-3 mins.
For all methods, serve immediately or place in bain-marie for up to 4 hours. Alternatively, store chilled/frozen and re-heat to order.
